SHIPPING INFO
Orders are currently taking about 1 week before they are shipped out. Please allow an additional 3-4 days (for US orders only) in shipping time for them to arrive to you. All times are approximate and could give or take a day or two to arrive to you. We hand make all of our bows. This takes a little more time, but well worth the wait. The chances that the bow you order is already made is highly unlikely since we give you so many color combination choices. We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY to the Wichita, Kansas area.

All Shipping is calculated on shipping to the United States. All other countries will have added shipping charges. All US orders are shipped UPS.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
Shorty after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. When ordering please be sure to check the spelling of your email address and use an email address that you check often. Another reason for not receiving your delivery confirmation is that you have more than one email address and you've given us an email address that you don't use very often. \We do all of our communication with you about your order via email, so be sure to check the email address you've given us often to see if we've tried to email you about your order. Most of the time we answer your email within a few hours.
CANCELLATIONS
Once your order has been placed, we do not allow for refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If you've decided you do not want a certain bow on your order, we will only allow you to substitute another bow in place if we haven't already made that bow or ordered supplies to make it. At the time that you place your order we may have ordered supplies to make your order. If a shipping date is in question, you can email us BEFORE you place your order and we can tell you if you'd receive it in time. Holiday bows will always need to be ordered well in advance before the holiday.
RUSH ORDER FEES
It has become increasingly hard to accommodate rush orders due to the extremely high volumes of orders we receive. We will only accept rush orders on rare occasions. Please do not submit a rush order without contacting us first for approval. Please do not ask for a rush order in the special note section when submitting an order if you haven't contacted us for approval. Also, rush order will not be accepted days after you've submitted your order because you've failed to read our rush order policy. We can not always accept rush orders. The rush order fee is $15.00 for orders under $50.00 and for orders over $50 the rush order fee is 35% of order. This fee will be added to your order after submitting your order to us. Remember you must get an rush order approval before placing your order. If paying by credit card we will charge your card the additional rush fee, but we will email you the exact amount and we will have to get your approval of the charge first. If paying with paypal you will pay for you order and then we will send you a paypal invoice for the additional rush fee. You must pay this rush order fee before your order will be processed. Rush orders will also have to be shipped express shipping. Express shipping will deliver your order in 1-2 days (not counting sunday). I will have to give you the shipping on this when you place your order and this must be paid before your package is shipped. Express shipping will be alot more than what our shopping cart charges. Express shipping starts at $22 and goes up depending on your order.
RETURN POLICY
We take pride in making high quality bows. We inspect every bow before shipping. Due to items being custom made to your specifications, we do not allow for refunds,exchanges or cancellations after you've placed your order. However, if we make a mistake in making your item email us for an exchange for the correct item. We will not accept exchanges on incorrectly made items that have been worn or not in the same condition it was mailed to you. We will only accept incorrectly made item claims within 7 days upon you receiving your shipment. You will be asked to send the incorrectly made product back to us before we can exchange it.
